We are delighted to announce that Mifgash Musicale will take place on July 24-28, 2011 in Cincinnati, OH. This "musical happening" will focus on High Holy Day repertoire, Liturgy, and Contemporary approaches to the Days of Awe. An unusual confluence of events prompted representatives of the Guild of Temple Musicians, Hebrew Union College–Jewish Institute of Religion, and the Union for Reform Judaism to postpone the annual event until next summer. We are enthusiastically committed to the continued partnership between the GTM, HUC-JIR, and URJ and to providing an intensive learning venue for synagogue musicians from Reform Congregations across North America. Mark down the dates now and plan to join us.
